Welcome to Gobblin by Kabeelah. By accessing our website, making a booking, or staying with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for all guests.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment (as specified at the time of booking).

  • Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information during booking.


Check-in & Check-out

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in, as per local regulations.



Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made through approved payment methods listed on our website.

  • Any balance amount must be cleared before or at the time of check-in.

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of failed or incomplete payments.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation terms will be specified at the time of booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.

    Guest Conduct

  • To preserve the unique atmosphere of Gobblin by Kabeelah:

  • Guests are expected to respect the property, its surroundings, and fellow guests.

  • Disruptive behavior is not permitted unless explicitly approved.

  • Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

  • The property is designed as an immersive experience; guests are encouraged to maintain its artistic and natural integrity.


     

  • Property & Damages

  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or artwork during their stay.

  • Charges for repairs or replacements will be applicable as necessary.

  • Please treat the space, installations, and decor with care.


     

  • Safety & Liability

  • While we strive to provide a safe environment, guests stay at their own risk.

  • Gobblin by Kabeelah is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Guests are advised to take necessary precautions, especially in natural or uneven terrain areas.


     

  • Use of Facilities

  • Certain areas of the property may have specific usage guidelines; guests are expected to follow all instructions provided.

  • Misuse of facilities may result in restricted access or penalties.

     

  • Pets & Children

  • Pets – Only Allowed in cafe area , pet owner will be responsible for any damage or harm to other customers. STrict no pet policy in the rooms.

  • Children must be supervised at all times, especially in themed or outdoor areas.

     

  • Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

     

  • Changes to Terms

  • Gobblin by Kabeelah reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
